Shipping Return

Domestic shipping : is available for all orders and the fee is according to the area / location within Nepal charged by the delivery partners.

International Shipping: We provide the option of international shipping to most destinations globally. Any custom duties would be borne by the customer. We do not accept any returns or exchange for international orders.

Returns/Cancellation: In case you would like to return a product, you can either exchange it for anything else in our catalog .You can return an item within 7 days of receiving the product. In case of exchange, once we receive the return, we will dispatch the new piece to you upon approval.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition as received. Exchange will be approved only after a quality check has been done on the returned products.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The customer has to bear the shipping cost of returning the items.
